The waitlist is for future commissions when my queue reopens. The queue, on the other hand, consists of individuals whose commissions I am currently working on.

i. copyright

I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. This includes the right to display the artwork on my portfolios, social media, Twitch (streaming), or any other relevant platforms. If you prefer your commissioned art not to be posted or displayed, please inform me in advance.▪︎ You are not allowed to claim the commissioned artwork as your own creation.▪︎ Modifying, altering, using as design reference material, or tracing the commissioned artwork is strictly prohibited.▪︎ Credit Me. If you choose to repost or use your commissioned artwork online, please provide proper credit. I will provide a credit guide along with every commission to assist you in this regard.▪︎ Under no circumstances are you permitted to use the commissioned artwork for NFTs, cryptocurrency production, or as AI prompts or databases.If you wish to use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes such as merchandise, please contact me to discuss additional fees.‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵

▪︎ All prices for my commissions are listed in USD.▪︎ For larger payments exceeding $100, I accept payment plans. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required, and this deposit will not be refunded if the commission is canceled by you.▪︎ I accept payments through Vgen, Ko-Fi, and PayPal invoices. Please refrain from making any payment until I have confirmed the acceptance of your commission and you have agreed to these terms.▪︎ It is your responsibility to notify me once payment has been sent. I will commence work on your commission only after receiving the payment.▪︎ Priority for commission completion will be based on the order of payment, except for rush commissions which carry an additional fee.▪︎ I reserve the right to cancel the commission if I am unable to complete it. In such cases, you will receive a full refund. While I am not obligated to provide an explanation for the cancellation, rest assured that I would only do so in exceptional circumstances.‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵▪︎ My refund policy is as follows:

Larger projects such as character designs/reference sheets are non-refundable.I reserve the right to cancel the commission if I am unable to complete it. iii. fees

▪︎ Additional revisions (over 3): 15% of the base price will be charged.▪︎ Extra characters: 80% of the base price will be added per additional character.▪︎ Late-Stage Major Edits outside of revision: 10%-20% of the base price may be charged. If the mistake or error is on my part, I will rectify it at no additional cost.▪︎ Rush commissions: A fee of 50% of the base price will be applied.▪︎ NSFW commissions: Full body nudity will incur an additional charge of 100% of the base price.▪︎ Multi Use (Twitch, YouTube, Streaming, etc.):
For certain commissions, such as emotes, PNGs, overlays, logos, alerts, and panels, the Multi-Use fee is automatically included in the price. For other commissions, including chibi, a Multi-Use License can be obtained at an additional cost of 50% of the base price.▪︎ Extended Commercial Use (Merchandise, Sales, etc): Please contact me to discuss pricing, as it will depend on multiple factors related to your commission.

Please note that a Multi-Use License & Extended Commercial License are NOT THE SAME. If you have any questions regarding this, please communicate with me.

▪︎ To request a commission, please visit my VGen.▪︎ I will provide you with three (3) updates during the sketch, ink, and color phases of the artwork. It is important to communicate all your requirements and revisions during these stages.For example:

▪︎ Progress on the commission will pause until you give approval to proceed. Timely communication is crucial, as your commission may take longer if you are unresponsive.▪︎ If you require updates on the progress of your commission, I will post all updates on my Trello.▪︎ All commissions will be created in my own artistic style. It is your responsibility to review my portfolio and previous works to ensure that my art style aligns with your project needs.‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵

▪︎ Upon completion of your commission, the delivery will be made through VGen or a Discord zip file to ensure the quality of the artwork.▪︎ I offer discounts to repeat customers, so if you have previously commissioned me, I encourage you to consider commissioning me again!▪︎ If you later decide to add an extended commercial license to your commissioned artwork for merchandising or sales purposes, please contact me to discuss the details.‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵▪︎ I reserve the right to decline any commission without providing a reason. If I believe that I cannot do justice to your artwork, I will politely decline.‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵▪︎ Once your artwork is in progress, almost finished, or delivered, you agree not to issue a chargeback. Any chargebacks initiated after completion and delivery will hold you liable, and you will be blacklisted from commissioning me in the future.‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵▪︎ Please note that these Terms of Service may be revised in the future. I continually strive for improvement, and my TOS and pricing will always reflect the current state of my artwork.
